Coach Kyle is a dedicated Speed, Agility, and Quickness (SAQ) coach with a decade of coaching experience.
Certified by NASM as a Personal Trainer and Youth Exercise Specialist, as well as a USATF Level 1 Track & Field Coach, Kyle combines a strong foundation in athletic development with a passion for helping all athletes reach their full potential.
With a deep understanding of the Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model, Coach Kyle emphasizes age-appropriate training that fosters physical literacy, skill progression, and lifelong athletic involvement. His coaching approach is tailored to each developmental stage - from “FUNdamentals” through to “Train to Win” and “Active for Life” - ensuring athletes not only perform better but also enjoy the journey.
