Who is this training for?
Our programs are designed for athletes of all levels — from beginners to elite performers to active agers — looking to improve their speed, agility, and strength. We tailor sessions to suit youth, high school, collegiate, and adult athletes across a variety of sports.

What results can I expect?
With consistent training, most athletes experience improved sprint times, quicker change of direction, increased vertical jump, better balance, and noticeable gains in strength within 4–6 weeks.

How often should I train?
We recommend 2–4 sessions per week, depending on your goals, sport, and season (off-season vs. in-season). We’ll help you build a personalized training plan.

Do you offer 1-on-1 or group training?
Yes! We offer both private sessions for focused, individualized coaching, and group sessions for a high-energy, team environment. Semi-private training is also available for small groups with similar goals. Ask us about discounted rates for group sessions and/or programs.

Is this training safe for young athletes?
Absolutely. We prioritize proper form, progressive overload, and age-appropriate programming. Coach Kyle is certified and experienced in youth athletic development.

What equipment or gear do I need?
Just athletic clothing, proper training shoes, and a water bottle! All other equipment is provided by us.

Definitely. We offer a complimentary trial workout so you can experience our coaching firsthand before committing to a program.

While our core focus is speed and agility, we incorporate sport-specific movement patterns tailored to your sport — whether it's football, soccer, basketball, baseball, or track.
