CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
1. Commitment & Payment:
Your full payment secures a guaranteed spot in a personalized training program. This spot includes dedicated time slots, customized programming, and ongoing support.
2. Cancellation Before Program Start:
More than 14 days before start date: Full refund minus a $75 administrative fee.
7–14 days before start date: 50% refund.
Less than 7 days before start date: No refund, but you may defer your start to a future date (within 3 months), subject to availability.
3. Cancellation After Program Begins:
No refunds will be issued once the program has started.
In the event of a medical emergency or significant personal hardship (proof required), a prorated credit may be applied toward future sessions or programs. Approval is at the trainer’s discretion.
4. Rescheduling & Missed Sessions:
Clients may reschedule up to 1 session per week with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered forfeited sessions and are non-refundable.
Rescheduled sessions must be completed within the original program duration unless otherwise agreed upon.
5. Program Pause Policy:
You may request a one-time pause of up to 2 weeks for travel or illness, with advance notice. Program resumes where it left off. No long-term pauses permitted unless in extreme circumstances.
