CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

PERSONALIZED TRAINING PROGRAMS

1. Commitment & Payment:

  • Your full payment secures a guaranteed spot in a personalized training program. This spot includes dedicated time slots, customized programming, and ongoing support.

2. Cancellation Before Program Start:

  • More than 14 days before start date: Full refund minus a $75 administrative fee.

  • 7–14 days before start date: 50% refund.

  • Less than 7 days before start date: No refund, but you may defer your start to a future date (within 3 months), subject to availability.

3. Cancellation After Program Begins:

  • No refunds will be issued once the program has started.

  • In the event of a medical emergency or significant personal hardship (proof required), a prorated credit may be applied toward future sessions or programs. Approval is at the trainer’s discretion.

4. Rescheduling & Missed Sessions:

  • Clients may reschedule up to 1 session per week with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

  • No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered forfeited sessions and are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduled sessions must be completed within the original program duration unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Program Pause Policy:

  • You may request a one-time pause of up to 2 weeks for travel or illness, with advance notice. Program resumes where it left off. No long-term pauses permitted unless in extreme circumstances.

GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS

At STAT Athletics, we are committed to providing high-quality speed and agility training in a structured and consistent environment. To ensure fairness and maintain the integrity of our programs, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy for group training sessions.

1. Session Registration & Commitment

  • All group training sessions must be paid for in advance to reserve your spot.

  • Enrollment in a training program (e.g., 4-week, 6-week, or 12-week block) is considered a commitment to attend the full duration of that program.

2. Participant Cancellations

  • No Refunds for Missed Sessions: Due to the group nature of the program and limited availability, we do not offer refunds or credits for missed sessions.

  • Make-Up Sessions: If a participant misses a session due to illness or emergency, we may offer a make-up session at the sole discretion of STAT Athletics and only if space is available in another group within the same program period.

  • Withdrawals Prior to Program Start:

    • Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the program start date will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.

    • Cancellations made within 2–6 days of the start date will receive a 50% refund.

    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the program start are non-refundable.

3. STAT Athletics Cancellations

  • In the event STAT Athletics must cancel a session (e.g., due to weather, facility issues, or staff emergencies), we will provide:

    • A rescheduled session at a later date, or

    • A pro-rated credit or refund if a make-up is not feasible.

4. Program Cancellations Due to Low Enrollment

  • STAT Athletics reserves the right to cancel a training program if minimum enrollment is not met. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund.

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds (when applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
