
GROUP SAQ SESSIONS
Group SAQ (Speed, Agility, Quickness) classes are structured by developmental stage to ensure safe, engaging, and progressive training. Each session focuses on building foundational athletic movement patterns through fun, stage-appropriate drills.
Younger groups develop coordination, balance, and body awareness, while intermediate athletes progress into structured agility and quickness training with increased complexity. Advanced groups engage in dynamic, sport-specific speed and reaction work to prepare for higher levels of competition.
This gradual progression supports long-term athletic development and builds confidence at every stage.
